When the rich and famous want the ultimate winter ski vacation, they head to the posh resort town of Whistler, British Columbia, where breathtaking mountain adventures are rivaled only by extravagant off-slope festivities. Hoping to take the après scene to a new level is Canadian hospitality mogul Joey Gibbons, who recently launched travel concierge business Gibbons Life aimed at redefining the tourism industry. To achieve this lofty goal, Joey has recruited a dream team of dynamic staff members to orchestrate unforgettable experiences – from backcountry heli-skiing and steamy hot springs spa treatments to fine dining in the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, no request is too outrageous.
With the first snow of winter, the action is heating up in Whistler as a group of concierges brought together by business mogul Joey Gibbons meet for the first time to reimagine the typical luxury ski vacation. The team gets off to a rocky start as Elise’s city sensibilities clash with her colleagues' laid-back mountain attitudes. Their first clients are a trio of fun-loving best friends looking to do anything but ski. Bobby plays butler for the day at a hot spring spa experience while Jim cozies up with one lucky lady during dog sledding. Meanwhile, things quickly snowball for Elise, Kendra and Charlotte when their hungover client panics on a gondola during a surprise gourmet excursion.
Following the dining disaster on the gondola, Elise and Tamara are left to figure out what went wrong and where to place the blame. Jim makes a surprising connection with this week’s new clients--six children--but his decisions on the mountain get him in trouble with Elise. Meanwhile, Kendra takes on a mountain top vow renewal where a wardrobe malfunction threatens to derail the entire ceremony. Finally, a concierge dinner turns tense as Bobby confronts Kendra about her behavior.
Jim and Lynsey’s newest clients are old snowboarding buddies who force Jim to get back out on the mountain for an extreme heli-ski adventure that pushes his injured knee to its breaking point. Bobby’s new clients, who call themselves “Vancouver Royalty,” make specific requests that cause problems for Kendra. Elise gets back to her roots in the kitchen and adds fuel to a fiery group dinner that leaves the team divided.
Reeling from Elise's accusations, Bobby gives his side of the story to Tamara; Kendra oversees a sexy photo shoot for clients; Lynsey's adventure skills are put to the test when a client gets cold feet; tempers flare at the weekly dinner.
With tensions at an all-time high at Gibbons Life, the staff decides to boost morale with a group bobsledding experience that leaves one team member in the dust. Bobby and Charlotte cater to some high-maintenance vacationers while Kendra and Jim find a new respect for each other after showing their clients an unforgettable horseback riding experiences they won’t soon forget. Jim's frustration with Elise hits its peak, so he decides to raise his grievances all the way to the top. The staff tries to resolve their issues at a team dinner but it quickly goes downhill.
Team morale sinks in the wake of Elise and Jim's shocking dispute, leading to a shift of alliances. Also: Kendra suffers a loss; Jim oversees a mountain excursion; Elise's family visits; and Tamara must make tough choices about the concierge team.
When a manager position opens up at Gibbons Life, Jim jumps in as the temporary boss, but Bobby has other ideas about who should take over. Meanwhile, the week proves to be a difficult challenge for Jim when two sets of clients stretch his managerial skills to the limit. Back from her grandmother’s funeral, Kendra confronts Elise about their friendship. Can Kendra let go of her deepest fears and open herself up to Whistler?
Now that Jim is established as the official manager, he has only one week to show Joey and Tamara that he and his team deserve to come back for another season. Bobby is unhappy with the decision to promote Jim and sets up a meeting with Joey to get answers, but a hangover after an all-night birthday party threatens his credibility. Jim is faced with a difficult client who wants more than what he is willing to offer, causing Bobby and Charlotte to question his leadership skills after some questionable behavior. Meanwhile, Lynsey is fed up with her hard-partying clients from Texas and tries new and clever ways to keep them satisfied and away from the booze. With only one week left in the season, will the Gibbons Life team prove they have what it takes for another season at Whistler?
